Today, I decided to toss out the rest of the Birthday cake..It was very emotional for me..lol I decided to implement exercise in with my house cleaning. Lunges and stretches as I take out the trash, and pick up debrea from my yard. Tomorrow will be The Biggest Loser Wii Game.
